USG x COCL Movie Night

WHEREAS, the Undergraduate Student Government seeks to promote social events for students on
campus; and
WHEREAS, the Undergraduate Student Government aims to partner with registered departmental
organizations on campus; and
WHEREAS, the Undergraduate Student Government seeks to partner with the Commuter and Off
Campus Life center (COCL) in order to engage commuter students and promote campus culture; then
LET IT BE RESOLVED, that on March 28th, from 4-6pm, the Undergraduate Student Government shall
host a movie night event in the Commuter Center in collaboration with COCL; and
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that USG shall allocate a maximum of $175 for the purchase of 10
pizzas from UIC Catering for the attendees of the event; and
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that any unspent funds shall be returned to the USG budget.
