It takes leadership, commitment, and integrity to be a part of USG. Individuals who join our assembly can enhance their leadership and professional skills. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with school administrators on a variety of campus issues.

Hello, thank you for taking interest in becoming a USG representative! Listed below are the requirements for the application:
Applicants shall:
- Submit a Seat Vacancy Application.
- Contact a Committee Chair of the committee they’re interested in and introduce themselves.
- Attend a USG meeting to present a short speech about what they’d like to accomplish as a USG member, and answer questions regarding their application.
For the “Contact a Committee Director” portion of the application, please go to “USG Committees” to find the description of the committees and emails of their directors. Furthermore, please use this connection with any of the directors if you need assistance in completing the application!

Once a year, USG hosts elections for the following year’s positions, such as President, Vice President, and Student Trustee. For outcomes, process, and further questions about previous years’ elections, please visit the Dean of Students Office website.
