General Body Meetings Heading link
The Undergraduate Student Government holds a General Body Meeting(GBM) every Monday from 6PM-8PM in SCE room 301.
A GBM follows an Agenda that outlines how the meeting will proceed. This Agenda includes previous meeting minutes, past resolutions that were introduced the week before, new resolutions that will be introduced during the GBM, and officer reports.
Any student is allowed to come and attend any GBM. If you are unable to make it to a certain GBM they are recorded and uploaded shortly after to our YouTube channel here.

The USG’s Executive Board holds a closed meeting semi-weekly on Tuesdays from 5:30PM-6:30PM.

Representatives of the Undergraduate Student Government are required to hold office hours on zoom or the USG office located in SCE.

Each committee director hosts their own weekly meetings at different times.
During these meetings each director informs their committee about recent meetings they have had, planning initiatives, getting feedback from members, and sharing ideas.
