USG Spring Social Funding

WHEREAS, the Undergraduate Student Government traditionally holds socials throughout the academic
year in order to recognize the significant work done by the body and allow USG members to get to
know each other better; and
WHEREAS, food shall be provided for the attendees to enjoy whilst mingling and participating in the
planned activities; and
WHEREAS, for the Spring 2023 semester, the USG Social shall be held in East Terrace on Friday,
March 31st from 6-8pm; then
LET IT BE RESOLVED, that the Undergraduate Student Government shall allocate $250 for the
purchase of catering for the Spring Social from Giordano’s pizza.
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that any unspent funds shall be reallocated to the USG budget.
