Relaxing Movie Night

WHEREAS, the Undergraduate Student Government finds it imperative to support as well as raise
awareness among student mental health; and
WHEREAS, the Undergraduate Student Government seeks to de-stress students after midterm and final
exams approach; and
WHEREAS, a movie night event will be held at the Inner Circle in Student Center East on Thursday,
March 16, 2023 from 6-8 P.M for the sake of fulfilling this goal; and
WHEREAS, that free popcorn and soft drinks are provided for students in attendance in order to enjoy
during the movie time and thank them for their participation; then
LET IT BE RESOLVED, that the Undergraduate Student Government will allocate $400 to cover the
costs of catering, delivery, and the room reservation.
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that any unspent funds shall be reallocated to the USG budget.
LET IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Undergraduate Student Government create the RSVP through
CampusGroups in order to estimate the capacity of students joining the event beforehand.
