USG as listed in the bylaws and constitution. The Speaker of the House will make sure that each
Representative is on course to pass each activity and will have the discretion to contact and schedule
meetings with Representatives who may not be on course to pass one of the above activities anytime
during the semester. If a Representative is informed that one of their mandatory activities must be
reviewed by or near the end of the semester, that Representative will have to schedule a meeting with the
Speaker of the House and the Speaker then will have the discretion to determine if the Representative
passed or failed that mandatory activity in tandem with the President. Representatives will have the free
will to explain why they were not able to complete and pass anyone of their mandatory activities on time.
