Teas around the World

WHEREAS, the Undergraduate Student Government (USG) seeks to promote student encouragement
through cultural education; and
WHEREAS, tea is a cultural practice amongst different cultures, and USG seeks to promote cultural
education to the UIC’s diverse student body; then
LET IT BE RESOLVED, USG shall allocate $250 for table reservation fees for the Teas around the
World event to be held on March 2nd, 2023 from 10 am to 1 pm on East Terrace as well as the purchase
of the tea, hot water, and cups.

● Chai - 19.99
● White Tea - 8.80
● Rooibos - 19.99
● Moroccan Mint Tea - 19.99
● Earl Grey Tea - 11.99
● Yerba Mate - 16.99
● Oolong Tea - 19.99
● Russian Rose Tea - 18.99
● 6x Gallon of Hot Water from UIC Catering - 36

LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that any unspent funds will return to the USG budget.
