USG Office Supplies

WHEREAS, the Undergraduate Student Government office acts as a space for members to conduct
business, hold meetings, and interact with each other; and,
WHEREAS, it is important for the USG Office to be properly stocked with supplies in order to better
support the various activities that occur; and,
WHEREAS, the USG office requires upkeep and cleaning to keep it maintained, and usable, and
efficient; then,
LET IT BE RESOLVED, the USG shall authorize the purchase of essential office supplies, cleaning
supplies, and light snacks/refreshments for USG members to utilize during meetings and work sessions.
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, these items are listed below in appendix one and shall not exceed
$450.
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that any unspent funds shall be returned to the USG budget.
