USG Professional Media Purchase

WHEREAS, the Public Affairs Committee wants to add professional media equipment to modernize
USG presence on social media and the website.
WHEREAS, the Undergraduate Student Government recognizes the importance of investing in
equipment and accessories to facilitate high-quality content creation; and
WHEREAS, in order to effectively achieve these objectives and improve content quality, the
Undergraduate Student Government requires the purchase of essential equipment and accessories,
including a camera, rotating tripod, tripod extender, utility cart, and an SD card; then
LET IT BE RESOLVED, that the Undergraduate Student Government will allocate a maximum of
$1,254.95 to purchase the following equipment and accessories:
● Camera/Mic/Stand Kit (Canon R50) x1 = $999.99
● Rotating Tripod x1 = $84.49
● Tripod Extender x1 = $23.99
● Utility Cart x1 = $98.99
● SD Card (256GB/200MB/s) x1 = $47.49
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, that any unspent funds from this allocation shall be returned to the
Undergraduate Student Government's budget.
