2024-2025 Undergraduate Student Government Budget

WHEREAS, The Undergraduate Student Government receives funding from the university which needs
to be properly allocated before being spent,
WHEREAS, according to Article 8, Section 3, Clause A, of the Undergraduate Student Government
Bylaws the Treasurer must handle the financial affairs and budgeting of funding received, and
WHEREAS, according to Article 4, Section D, Clause 2 of the Undergraduate Student Government
Constitution, the Treasurer must introduce an annual budget by the 3rd meeting, then
LET IT BE RESOLVED, the attached document will serve as the 2024-2025 Undergraduate Student
Government Budget.
LET IT BE FURTHER RESOLVED, any changes in the Undergraduate Student Government budget
allocation shall either be added or removed from the discretionary funding category.
